At EPIC Worship, we believe worship is so much more than singing songs or playing instruments. It's an opportunity to lead people into the presence of God and create space for life-changing encounters with Jesus.
Every Sunday, people walk through our doors carrying different stories, struggles, and hopes. As a worship team, we have the incredible privilege of pointing them to Christ through authentic, Christ-centered worship.
Whether you're a vocalist or instrumentalist, serving on the worship team is about using the gifts God has given you to glorify Him and serve His Church.
Our Worship Culture

Jesus Comes First
Our relationship with Christ is the foundation of our ministry. We desire to worship from a heart that is growing in Him throughout the week, not just on Sunday mornings.
Character Before Talent
Musical ability is important, but character matters most. We value humility, integrity, faithfulness, teachability, and a servant's heart above performance.
Excellence Honors God
We believe preparing well is an act of worship. Every rehearsal, every practice session, and every moment of preparation helps us remove distractions so people can focus on Jesus.
We Lead, We Don't Perform
The platform isn't a stage for personal recognition. It's a place to serve the congregation by leading with authenticity, passion, and humility.
We Are Family
The worship team is more than a group of musicians—we're a community. We pray together, encourage one another, celebrate victories, and support each other through every season of life.

What Happens Next?
Joining the worship ministry is a process designed to help you succeed. After submitting your interest form, you'll hear from our Worship Director to begin the next steps, which include getting to know you, learning about your musical experience, and sharing more about the vision and culture of our ministry.

Our goal is not simply to add musicians to the platform, but to disciple worship leaders who love Jesus, serve others well, and lead with excellence.
